Arnold Hoevelmann (Southeastern Pennsylvania, 1749-1804), ink and watercolor on paper birth and baptismal certificate, for Johannes Beitemann, born 1781, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, on a printed form attributed to the Ephrata Cloister, with rampant lions and geese with floral accents, 13" x 16 1/2".
