David Douglass full stock flintlock long rifle

David Douglass (Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania), full stock flintlock long rifle, approximately .46 caliber, set triggers, converted to percussion, having a tiger maple stock with cheek rest, silver escutcheon, engraved brass three-piece patch box, brass trigger guard and crescent butt plate, the barrel inscribed D. Douglass, the lock with illegible stamp, 36" heavy octagonal barrel.

Condition:Good overall condition, set triggers not functioning, some pitting near bolster, barrel turning brown, crack through the toe, 1/2" chip on left butt stock.
