French flintlock Naval pistol
French flintlock model 1779 first type Naval pistol, approximately .70 caliber, the lock inscribed MRE Rie de Tulle, with brass trigger guard extending to barrel band, butt cap and frizzen pan, belt hook, walnut stock, 7" barrel.
Condition:Good overall condition, numerous proof marks on metal, barrel shows brown patina, missing ramrod, normal handling marks.
