Full bodied copper horse and sulky weathervane
Large full bodied copper horse and sulky weathervane, 19th c., purportedly Dan Patch, 20" h., 72" w. Provenance: removed from Pencoyd Farm, home of John Roberts. Provenance: Descended in the family to the present owner.
One side has remnants of original gilt with areas of verdigris. Reverse was cleaned ca. 1950 by consignor's father for display purposes.
