The World's Game of Base Ball, ca. 1889, scarce early game commemorating the first world exhibition tour of baseball lead by Albert Spalding, that included the Chicago White Socks and the All Americans, the colorful lid graphics also include images of Charles Comisky and Robert Ferguson with equally colorful rules section on underside, attached gameboard in box bottom along with nine turned wood playing figures and spinner insert, 16" x 9".
