Pennsylvania or New Jersey Chippendale walnut chest on chest late 18th c., purportedly made for Daniel Cooper's home on the Passaic River, Morris County New Jersey. An early handwritten label affixed to the drawer details the chests descent into the family, 76 1/4" x 41". Provenance: Harry Hartman.
Condition:Two piece chest. Brasses replaced. Long lip repair to bottom drawer. Original feet with a couple repaired cracks.
