Thomas Willing signed vellum indenture, dated 29th October 1783, Thomas Willing was a delegate to the Continental Congress from Pennsylvania and the first president of the Bank of the United States, for land to Benjamin Davis, 25 1/4" x 18". Provenance: The Ephemera Collection of Joseph Rubinfine, Merritt Island, Florida.
