Erika began her career in customer service in 1994, gaining experience in both retail settings and medical offices. Growing up in a home surrounded by antiques—thanks to her parents’ appreciation for vintage treasures—Erika developed a deep fondness for previously loved items. This passion continues to influence her personal style, as she enjoys curating her own collection of timeless pieces.

When the opportunity to join the Pook and Pook team arose, Erika was eager to contribute her expertise. At Pook & Pook, she handles a variety of tasks, from managing bids and answering phones to editing the catalog and assisting clients. Erika also enjoys sharing her knowledge and creativity by writing for Pook & Pook’s blog and creating engaging TikTok videos for the company’s growing social media presence.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys sewing and crocheting, spending quality time with her husband and son, and rehabbing her childhood dollhouse—a project that reflects her love of antiques and craftsmanship.
